Having built international career in fashion and beauty for years, the peak of it is of course-establishing Nuvo in Helsinki. The city has a very special place in my heart, being one of the
colorful capitals of the Nordics!
My goal with Nuvo is to bring together the most exceptional talents, offer our clients the highest standard of service and to bring the much needed contrast to hair industry. At my salon work I love the fact, that despite all the techniques out there, every work is new, different and handmade to fit uniquely.
To make this happen, a pre-session talk is most vital. Besides my salon work and guiding Nuvo to the new horizons, I also work as a Creative Director for various fashion and beauty events, as a Beauty Editor (Author Magazine, USA) and travel around the world for Fashion

Educating and training myself is a source of inspiration for me along with my colleagues, fashion and people I get to meet. I love creative techniques and styles. I constantly follow what happens in the global hair industry, participating in different online courses to make sure my craft is amongst the newest trends at all times.

My name is Linnéa. I have a vast experience working in hair industry as an educator, stylist for a different fashion and beauty events, photoshoots and of course the actual salon work. I am on my career path since 2015!
Educating and taking lessons actively is vital and I get my inspiration from fashion, my clients and my colleagues every day.
I specialize in different hair extensions, and you are most welcome to book an appointment with me for tape, weft and beaded weft hair extensions.
Major color corrections and full-head highlights are NOT part of my services after becoming sensitive to blech. You can however book an appointment to all other services, such as hair coloring, toning, cutting, treatments and even some minor bleaching services, such as Face Framing etc.
I strongly invest time in client consultation to ensure the wished and fitting outcome!

I remember being in make up school more than a decade ago and my teacher, one of Finland’s most experienced make up artists Tuija Luukkainen said:
”Miia, those red lips are the best that you have ever done”. Since that I’ve been pursuing to develop my own definition of a perfect look, recognizable yet fresh and classical.
When I work with make up my approach is simple: It should follow minimal principles to let inner beauty radiate from underneath the skin. One of my most important values is to follow and promote clean and ecological skin care and make up products. My make-up career stems from my time as a successful teenage gymnast. Practice makes perfect and I can guarantee my years of practice will make your face look stunning.
I’ve been happy to work with many superb customers and artists such as John Blackwell and Cassandra O’Neal (the drummer and the keyboard player of Prince), Ismo Alanko and Astrid Swan to name a few. During my educational years in Stockholm I created make up for Benjamin Ingrosso, Felix Sandman and for several Swedish olympic athletes in a cooperation with the sports brand New Balance.
Whether you need your make up done for a wedding, fashion shoot, music video or just having a night out on the town I’ll make it work!
